Counselling allows people to discuss their problems and any difficult feelings they encounter in a safe, confidential environment.
Counselling can mean different things to different people, but generally it’s a process that people seek when they feel that they would like to change something in their lives, or even to explore their feelings, behaviours and thoughts in greater depth.
It’s not my job to tell you what to do, but I will encourage you to talk about what is difficult for you and together we will work to uncover what is at the heart of your current difficulties and find alternative, healthier solutions to whatever is causing you distress.
