Sometimes there has been a particular event - a bereavement, relationship breakdown, change at work or another difficult experience. At other times, there may be no obvious reason at all. You may simply have reached a point where you know you don't want to continue feeling as you do.
Counselling gives you the opportunity to explore what is happening in your life, understand yourself more deeply and recognise patterns which may be keeping you stuck.

Alongside my counselling practice, I am a qualified Clinical Supervisor offering supervision to trainee and qualified counsellors and psychotherapists, as well as people working in other helping professions.
I see supervision as much more than simply checking that your client work is safe and ethical.
It should also provide a supportive, reflective space where you can think openly about your work, explore difficult or challenging client relationships, develop confidence in your own judgement and continue growing as a practitioner.
I offer both individual and group clinical supervision.
