I offer a FREE 30-minute consultation meeting for you to decide if I am the right counsellor for you.

Subsequent sessions are £60.00 for 60 minutes.

Your free initial consultation

Your free 30 minute consultation is an opportunity for us to meet, for you to tell me a little about what has brought you to counselling, and for you to ask any questions you may have.

You do not need to tell me your whole story in that first meeting.

Most importantly, it gives you the chance to get a sense of me and decide whether you would feel comfortable working with me. There is no obligation to continue afterwards.

If we decide to work together, we will agree a regular appointment time and talk through the practical arrangements at the beginning of our work.
